Cancellation Policy

The studio is always happy to reschedule lessons. We get it, life happens, sometimes the students have family, sports or other obligations that conflict with their regularly scheduled lesson time. However:

  1. Please note that any rescheduling request made 24 hours prior to the regularly scheduled lesson slot will be honored.

  2. Lessons that are cancelled on the day of the lesson will not be rescheduled or no credit will be issued, absent a compelling reason (sudden illness, etc.), which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 
 

Billing Policy

Monthly invoices are sent during the last week of the month, and payment is due on upon receipt. If there is an invoice that remains unpaid as of the 5th of that month, lessons for that student will be paused until such time as the invoice is paid (for example, if the invoice for September lessons remains unpaid as of September 6th, lessons will be paused until payment is received).

There will be no makeup lessons available for lessons paused pursuant to this policy.
