For Educators: A Quick Tour of grooveKSq Percussion Studios
Welcome to Pennsylvania’s premier percussion teaching studio! grooveKSq is the largest independent percussion teaching studio in Pennsylvania. As music educators, your daily schedule is more than full. There are students in your program that are ready to take the next leap forward in their musicianship through private study. The value that our studio can provide is personalized, one-on-one instruction with your students in the following areas:
rudimental/marching percussion
drumset in all styles (rock/funk/jazz/latin/world)
mallet percussion (acoustic marimba and electronic)
audition prep (PMEA, college/university)
hand drumming (djembe)
percussion recording techniques
recording and engineering
live performance coaching
Our students have gone on to study music at: West Chester University, the University of Delaware, Unviersity of Maryland, Temple University, Penn State University, Syracuse University and Wesleyan College.

OUR FACILITY
We are located in the heart of Kennett Square Borough, with adjacent off street parking. The studio is housed in a beautiful, historic building close to restaurants and shops (great for parents who have time to pass!).
